The original, patent-pending PLOOKA was designed by Paul Rodgers, an engineer with a long history of product and manufacturing design across many industries. Paul also has deep ties to glass blowing and the art community, so PLOOKA was built by someone who knows how much a good piece of glass means to the people who make it and own it.
